Reporting to the General Manager, some responsibilities of the Office Manager will include:
- promotion and development of policy and procedures;
- ensuring all Credit Union activities are compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, and risk management;
- training and supervising new and existing front end staff;
- managing an effective member interaction experience; and
-working with the management team to grow the organization.
